This is a five-year ACS survey estimate, not an administrative count. DP03_0128PM is the ACS 90-percent-confidence MOE for the published percentage. null estimate with source state valid, missing, suppressed, or invalid; zero remains valid. Five equal-width color bands span the valid values in this state; colors are not comparable across states.
